CorrMapper’s codebase is finally open

The title says it all really.. I’ve submitted my thesis and the publication of CorrMapper is almost ready so there’s no reason to hold the code back any longer. Here it is. I’ll write a more detailed README so devs who want to contribute can find their way around the project more easily.
